Day 1

Day 1 — Arrival & Jaisalmer City Tour

The Jaisalmer trip package starts when you enter the Golden City and are greeted by warm sandstone structures and elaborate carvings. Following a blissful transfer to your ancestral hotel and a little rest, the day begins with the best iconic treasures of the city. Imagine narrow alleyways, shadowed courtyards, and bustling bazaars that transport you into a cinematic Rajasthan.
Explore one of the world’s last living forts, Jaisalmer Fort. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage site where people reside even today!. Stroll along small streets and visit the beautifully carved Jain temples.
Visit Patwon Ki Haveli & Nathmal Ki / Salim Singh Ki Havelis. Enter the realm of the affluent merchants with these fancy havelis. From painted walls and mirror-work to jali screens and iconic rooftop motifs, each haveli tells a story of trade, artisanship and aspiration found in the havelis.
Get an eye-catching skyline photograph of the Tazia Tower which is protruding on top of the fort.
Spend the evening with a sundowner on a rooftop cafe, as the fort and city roofs turn pink with the sunset, a wonderful introduction to Jaisalmer.

Day 2

Day 2 — Desert Safari with Camp

The golden streets of this city are replaced with the wide open deserts of the Thar Desert today. Take a relaxing ride to the Sand Dunes of Sam, and there awaits your luxury desert camp, with all the romance of the desert and the hospitality of the Rajasthanis.
Reach the dunes in the afternoon. Choose a calm ride in a camel to enjoy the sunset or a wild ride in an SUV dune-bashing to have an adrenaline rush over the rolling sands.

Check into your camp. The night show has Kalbeliya dancers, Manganiyar musicians and storytelling around a bonfire. A local dinner under the stars will be an experience to remember and a plate of dal-baati-churma is a must-try.
The desert night is clear and expansive. Enjoy a warm beverage, covered by a blanket and stare at the stars for hours.

Day 3

Day 3 — Gadisar Lake & Departure

The morning of your departure in Jaisalmer is relaxing and gives you the gentler side of the city.
In early times, when people were quick to rise, they could watch the first rays of the Sun playing over dunes, and colouring the sands with gentle hues of golds and pinks. Prefer a slower start? Sip a hot cup of tea at the camp as the desert gradually wakes itself.
You have time after breakfast to make one final expedition in town.
Explore the peaceful man-made reservoir of Gadisar Lake. It was formerly the lifeline of the city. Making a journey by boat or on foot along the ghats, reflect on the golden city and your time here, as you beautifully wrap up your trip.
Go shopping in the bustling Bhatia Bazaar to get souvenirs such as woodcrafts, mirror embroidery or clothing.
Later, we will transfer you to the railway station/airport for your onward journey.

Things To Pack
